It started by putting square pegs in square holes…
Pelicam was founded by Peter Mayer in 1998. Having run many projects in blue chip companies Peter knew that the key to success is to get the right people in the right roles. Having built an informal network of 20 impressive project specialists, Peter used these resources to ensure "square pegs in square holes" and set the company up on this basis.
In 1998 we were invited to work on a number of troubleshooting assignments including some within the AXA group of companies. Word of our expertise and results got around and new clients approached us.
We've grown consistently at 30% year on year, always balancing the growing demand for our services with our cardinal rule of maintaining the quality of our practitioners – that’s something we will never compromise on.
