WHAT DO WE DO?
We pull groups together for active learning and coaching workshops, focusing on the “when, how, why and what” it takes to ensure a project’s success.
These sessions are collaborative, pragmatic and provocative, and facilitated by an experienced Pelicam practitioner with a hands-on approach.
The sessions are designed to show you how to be objective and independent, avoiding internal politics, hierarchy and agendas.
You will also learn to work to a system by measuring success and acting accordingly.
