Peter Mayer

Managing Partner

Peter has 24 years programme and project management experience working with blue chip companies throughout the UK and globally. He spent his early career running projects and programmes for major finance and fmcg companies and played key management roles in the delivery of a series of complex technology and business programmes. Peter brings a passion for excellence, strongly fostered within the Pelicam group. His strategic perspective, business acumen and project intelligence form a substantial foundation for the company's success and growth.

Nick Sanderson

Managing Practitioner

Nick has over 15 years track record leading strategic, benefit focused initiatives within the financial services and telecommunications sectors. He is an  entrepreneurial leader of complex customer centric business transformation programmes. He is delivery focused with highly developed team building, stakeholder management, interpersonal and presentation skills. Nick has worked with Pelicam for a number of years delivering complex programmes, assurance and health checks. He has recently been reporting to the company board of a major telecommunications company leading the delivery of a substantial change programme.

Neil Richardson

Managing Practitioner

Neil specialises in managing complex programmes of technology and business change, often from an initial need to rescue or create pragmatic, yet strategic solutions. He has many years experience in leadership positions selling, delivering and training within top tier consultancy firms. In recent years Neil has performed numerous assurance roles managing significant risk in complex programmes enabling successful delivery - from both client and supplier-side. He also provides bespoke training and individual coaching to blue-chip project management communities and teaches independent contract programme & project managers.

Barry Sacks

As an interim IT Delivery Director Barry has over fifteen years of experience leading the delivery of enterprise-scale business and technology change programmes. An expert in “best-shore” selection, utilisation and management of internal, external and offshore resources. He unusually combines an in-depth understanding of business strategy, vendor sourcing and management, technology, and product development best practice with a sound appreciation based on experience of the challenges of delivering innovative solutions to demanding customers in complex environments within qualitative, time and budgetary constraints.

James Rosewell

Managing Practitioner

Starting at the sharp end of technology, as a key member of a small team in a high growth software start-up, James then spent 10 years with Vodafone. There he established a technology account management function, bringing control to a £25m programme. Led the team of 100 people that replaced Vodafone’s Retail IT platform and grew service provision IT systems in line with Vodafone's exponential expansion during the late 90s. James started a successful mobile software and marketing business in 2005 before joining Pelicam.

Vince Rawle

Managing Practitioner

Vince has spent over 15 years leading and developing large teams within Retail, Telecommunications, and Financial Services for market leaders in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Passionate about delivery, he thrives in fast paced environments, helping our clients identify and implement innovative solutions to challenges encountered whilst delivering transformational change. Coming from a business background, Vince is able to expertly bridge the gap that often exists between the delivery teams and the programme sponsorship, ensuring teams operate effectively and that governance is strong. A varied background enables Vince to perform Interim Management, Delivery Leadership and Consultancy roles at all levels.

Fiona retired from partnership of a leading law firm and, after a career break, joined Pelicam to manage the financial and contractual work.

Helen Morgan

Office Manager

Helen organises and supervises all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Pelicam office. Prior to joining Pelicam in 2005 Helen worked for 13 years in various roles in the financial services industry.
 


Kate Woodmansee

Marketing Manager

Kate leads Pelicam’s marketing activity. She has 15 years of experience in all fields of marketing in the retail, HR and education sectors. Reporting to the board, Kate was also the driving force behind a series of major technology and process projects reducing time and increasing management efficiency at Scottish and Newcastle Retail. Kate is a marketer with the aim to communicate the strengths, passion and unique values of Pelicam.

Ruth Timmins

Finance and Contracts Manager

Ruth manages our financial and commercial administration. Prior to joining Pelicam, Ruth worked in a number of blue-chip financial services companies managing branch networks, administering mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder relations. A long time ago now Ruth earned a degree in Economics and Contract Law from Manchester University.
